Well, shoot. That sweatshirt you longed for showed up in the mail today... but it doesn't fit. Don't worry, we got you. We'd be happy to take back any POW Merch, unused and with the original packaging, within 60 days of purchase.

Simply shoot an email to orderfulfillment@bristmfg.com with your order number and reason for return and our team will get you set up with all the information you need to process your return. You will receive a full refund once your product is received.

So, the sweatshirt doesn't fit, but you're sure the next size down is just the one... Follow the steps above for returning your POW Merch and place a brand new order.

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 1 - 2 business days after they are submitted. Most orders are delivered in 3 - 10 business days depending on the carrier and destination. Due to the fast nature of our warehouse we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address once your order has been received.

If you think your order may have been lost in transit, we recommend the following:

Wait up to a week to see if it gets delivered. Postal workers sometimes mark a package as delivered because they forgot to drop it off when they were at your stop. If this is the case, it’ll likely be delivered within a few business days.

Ask your neighbors. Sometimes packages are misdelivered, especially if you live in an apartment complex.

Pop by the post office to see if they’re holding it – sometimes they forget to leave pickup notices.

Unfortunately, with so many variables out of our control, once an order is picked up by the mail carrier we cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing packages. Please contact your local post office for help if you suspect your order has been lost or stolen.

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses or U.S. territories outside of the 50 states.
